Green Game Jam: Nature Needs Our Voices!

While Max and Gabriela zigzag through pixelated Brazil, there’s another storyline brewing, and this one’s off-screen. It's all about helping the actual, non-pixel environment 👀

We’re jumping into the Green Game Jam, a global campaign where games unite for one powerful cause: shouting (nicely) that NATURE MATTERS.

We’ve had a special page built where you can tell us why you care about the wild stuff – trees, bees, oceans, oxygen, you name it. Fill it in before the end of June and boom: that sweet badge on the right? It’ll be yours. We hope to donate the badges in early July.

However, please please PLEASE make sure to get your avatar name right, and to select the correct hotel from the drop down menu. If you don’t, you won’t get your badge and customer support will not be able to help you.

❗ IMPORTANT: Every single Habbo that does this helps boost the message. And the louder we are, the clearer the message is to policymakers that gamers care deeply about the environment.

💚 How You Can Get Involved

• Head to our Green Game Jam page, fill out the form with your Habbo details and first name, and choose one of the preselected messages saying why nature matters to you.

• Share this with your Habbo friends in-game and on social media! Even just the badge is worth the 4 seconds it takes to send your message on the page.

• Keep an eye out in-game for rainforest and nature-themed Quests and activities this month – although you’re probs already doing this lol.

This isn’t just about collecting items or completing Quests (though that’s a huge part of this). It’s about showing that the gaming community is a force for good and that our voices matter.
