Known Habbo issues (updated)

Hey Habbos!

One issue with avatars not appearing in rooms you may have experienced late last year has resurfaced, and we’re still working through a couple others, so we wanted to share a quick update on some of the core things we’re actively looking into right now.

Ongoing issues:

• Avatars and Habbo Avatars not displaying their clothing correctly in-game. Developers have determined this is a server issue. Hoping for more news and a fix soon.
• Daily Task achievement progress resetting. Lots of user cases and data have been submitted about this issue by the customer care team. Developers are working to resolve it.
• Some previously removed Daily Tasks are still appearing for some players.
• HC Payday not working and no HC Gifts available to claim. This is thought to be a .COM-specific issue and is still occurring. We're hoping to have more information about this soon. Thanks for your patience as we know how important HC Paydays are to the community 💛 ✅
• Missing bonus diamonds when purchasing credits (120 diamond bonus per 120 credits bought in the same month). This is thought to be .COM specific issue but we're still having trouble replicating it on this hotel. More news when we have it. ✅
• Purchase history not showing correctly in the webshop. QA are in the process of testing this and trying to replicate the issue. It looks like it could be a .COM-specific issue. ✅
• Room settings not working – room flooding settings not working and players unable to hide / unhide walls. These issues were reported on Monday after discussions with the Community Council and several other players. ✅
• Marketplace data not showing in-game. This issue seems to have been rectified, but we’re keeping an eye on it. ✅
