25 years of Habbo. 25 years of you! We wouldn’t be here without the brilliance of this community: the builders, the traders, the memers, the rule-followers (and the rule-benders… we see you lol).

This anniversary isn’t just a celebration of our age, even though that’s a serious milestone. It’s a celebration of everything you have helped to make: the friendships, the inside jokes, the cursed room designs, the furni, and the endless grind for that one item you swore you’d never trade.

So, we’ve gone all-out. Quests, games, parties, Collectibles, balloons that somehow contain huge, solid items… It's big, it’s bold, and it’s entirely powered by our shared love for this wild little pixel hotel – and the people who checked in and never checked out.

1️⃣ Classic Quests, games and a shiny new poolside public room

Every week, we’re bringing back a classic Habbo game – one blast from the past at a time. Crush it? You’ll complete Quests. Complete Quests? You’ll rake in Duckets and our shiny new balloon-themed seasonal currency. 🎈What can you spend it on? Oh, just a whole bunch of goodies 👇

#Habbo25 Gift Boxes

Yup, that’s right. We’ve got a shiny new Gift Box on the way. You’ll be able to snag these by jumping into our official games or smashing your way through the new Quests.

Inside? Two brand-new clothing items: Disco Balls and Arm Floaties. Heads-up: they’re not exclusive, so they can be sold more widely later on. But, ask yourself, can you really show up to a Habbo 25th Anniversary party without them? Check the graphic below to see what you can get from these boxes:

Ducket Shop items:

New Ducket Shop stuff! Featuring our famous ducks and croc. We love these guys. Come spend those newly valuable Duckets.

Seasonal Currency Collectible Set:

A new Collectible Set – 25th Anniversary Inflatables. These items wobble, they float, and you’ll need them all if you’re going to get the Pirate Ship Float bonus item.

Important points:

1. To get the bonus item, you’ll need to purchase the items from the Shop and wear the accompanying badges to complete all of the Quests.

2. We’re once again utilising Quests to distribute the bonus item. There will be no snapshot and no claim from the Collection Screen. Check the Quest window when we release these items later this month!

✨ This month, if you complete ALL of the Quests in Habbo (including the crafting quests), you will have enough currency to purchase ALL of the 25th Anniversary Inflatables!

Also coming:

• A 24-hour Birthday Quest. Our birthday is on August 15th. There’s a 24-hour Quest on that day. Keep an eye out for it in the Quests window 👁️

• New public room. We built a whole pool party public room. And it switches from day to night. Like, literally. Magic? No. WIRED magic 😉

• Live events with Staff! During our birthday week (11th – 15th August) staff will be running local pool party events in their hotel! Keep an eye on your local website for more information.

2️⃣ Community Challenges 

Starting RIGHT NOW: find our wandering celebrity NPCs. Click on them when you see them running around the new pool party public room and maybe, just maybe you’ll earn something cool.

Then, later in the month:

• Hop over to Habbo Hotel: Origins for a mysterious second challenge. All we’re saying is bring your swimming trunks, and watch the website for more information.

• Maze madness awaits towards the end. Beat it, and you’ll unlock the Rare Black Throne as a rare in the in-game Shop, mintable as a Relic. This kicks off a brand-new Collectible Relic Set running into 2025 – the “Regal Black” set. It’ll have lots of other, similar items in it. We’re really giving our pixel peeps what they want.

We’ll be publishing articles about the above two community challenges, so watch out for those.

3️⃣ Birthday Pass & Balloon Business Explained

Something new for this event is what we’ve called the Birthday Pass. This has just been released in the web shop and you’ll need it in order to get free daily Bright 25 Balloons. We’re running things this way to help prevent bots and alt accounts from generating thousands of balloons and ruining the scarcity of the items.

Take a look below to see what you get from the Birthday Pass:

• An EXCLUSIVE H Cowboy Hat (Beyonce would approve).

• Some Balloon seasonal currency. Not to be confused with the two balloon crackables we’re releasing.

• A badge that spawns a Bright 25 Balloon in your inventory every day, as long as you’re wearing it and you complete the related Quest.

Oh, and there are new Silver 25 Balloons being released at various times throughout August. These have way better items, including lots of different classic rare variants, including mini rares! We love a good miniature. Get ‘em if you can ❤️‍🔥

You’ll be able to buy both types of balloons from the in-game Shop during several 24 hour windows throughout August. Check the below graphic to see what’s inside each of the balloon types and the Neon Mixers:

4️⃣ Crafting: Neon Mayhem Returns

Say hello to the Vacationing Frank Crafting Table, your new partner in poolside decisions. This genius has come up with a way to transform regular pool party furni into neon pool party furni using some special ingredients from the Neon Mixers we just dug out from storage.

All the crafting stuff is launching in the in-game Shop in early August, so stock your inventories and stretch those crafting fingers!

5️⃣ Loyalty Crowns: Age Like Fine Pixel Wine

This one's for the old timers. The players who have seen it all 🧓

We’re handing out Loyalty Crowns based on how long you’ve stuck around (and yes, the math is really really complicated but trust us 😉).

New crowns:

• 15, 20, and 25 years for most hotels

• 7, 10, and 12 on Habbo.com.tr because that hotel opened a bit later

These are being released around the middle of the month. Watch your heads – they’re heavy and they’ll land in your inventory automatically. Congrats in advance on your new royal Habbo status!

6️⃣ Stuff in the Shop that you’ll probably want

Trust us, the rare and LTD section of the Shop will have you floored this month. We’ve leaned right into historical Habbo flavours and have drummed up some absolutely beautiful rare and LTD items for the community. There’s also some pretty cool bundles, some lovely garms and the standard pool party furni coming, too. Check it all below!

Perfect for sprucing up those poolside rooms, this collection’s making a splash in the Shop for the month. Keep an eye out in-game to catch them when they land!
