Update on the 25th Anniversary Inflatables set

The currently obtainable Collectible Set, purchasable with seasonal currency, was mistakenly given a bonus item timer. This was an error: as explained in our original event launch article, the set’s bonus item was always meant to be obtainable only through the Quest mechanic in Habbo.

To fix this, we’ll soon be removing the bonus item timer from the Collection Screen on both the Habbo Collectibles website and in-game in the Collectors Guild.

If you purchased any of the set’s Collectibles from a secondary marketplace like TokenTrove specifically to get the bonus item (instead of earning them via the event Quests), please contact our customer support team here. Make sure to select the “NFT” option when asked to select what the issue is about.

Our team will verify if you purchased the items before this announcement was published and, if so, will grant you the bonus item manually.
